1. Our approach

We do not tolerate counterfeit goods or infringement of trademarks, copyright or other intellectual property. Sellers warrant they have the right to sell every item they list.

2. Reporting an infringement

Rights holders can notify us at support@yourdomain.ae with: your contact details; proof of ownership (e.g. trademark registration); the listing URL; a description of the infringement; and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.

3. What we do

We review notices promptly and may remove the listing, notify the seller, and suspend repeat offenders. Sellers may respond with evidence of their authorisation.
