1. Payment methods
Card payments are processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider on its secure page; we never see or store your full card number. Cash on delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Approved business and government accounts may pay by purchase order (PO) on invoice terms.
2. VAT and invoices
Consumer prices include 5% VAT. We issue a tax invoice for every order, showing our VAT TRN [VAT TRN] and the VAT amount. Business customers should provide their own TRN in their business profile.
3. Fraud prevention
We may verify orders and payments and may cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method.
4. Currency
All transactions are in UAE dirhams (AED). Your bank may apply foreign-exchange fees to cards issued outside the UAE.
