1. Who we are

This website and marketplace are operated by Brumodi Ventures [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Brumodi", "we", "us"), licensed in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence no. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the policies linked from the footer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under UAE law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

3. Our role as a marketplace

Brumodi operates an online marketplace. Products are offered either by Brumodi or by independent third-party sellers. Where a product is sold by a third-party seller, the seller is identified on the product page and is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the lawfulness and conformity of the product, and for honouring warranties.

We review sellers before approval and may remove listings that breach our rules, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every listing.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to open an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Business (B2B) and government (B2G) accounts are subject to approval and to the Business & Government Buyer Terms.

5. Prices, VAT and availability

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Consumer prices shown include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise. Business prices may be displayed exclusive of VAT where stated. A tax invoice is available for every order.

We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and stock information accurate. If an obvious pricing or stock error is discovered after your order, we will contact you and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation (or, for third-party sellers, when the seller accepts and dispatches the order). We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, suspected fraud or payment failure; in that case any payment taken is refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, scraping or automated bulk access without permission, attempts to breach security, or posting content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone's rights. UAE cybercrime and e-commerce laws apply to activity on the site.

8. Intellectual property

The Brumodi name, logo, design and site content are owned by or licensed to us. Product content is owned by the relevant seller or brand. You may not copy or reuse content except as allowed by law. To report an infringement see the Intellectual Property & Counterfeit Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or where the law grants you non-excludable consumer rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of [EMIRATE, e.g. Dubai]. The competent courts of that Emirate have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a consumer complaint to the competent authority (see Consumer Rights & Complaints).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
