1. Prohibited
Items that are illegal in the UAE, including narcotics and controlled substances, weapons and explosives, counterfeit or pirated goods, stolen goods, items that offend UAE public morals or religious values, live animals and protected wildlife products, and anything the seller does not have the right to sell.
2. Restricted (approval or licensing required)
Items that require regulatory approval or a specific licence — for example medical devices and medicines, certain food and supplements, telecommunications and radio equipment, cosmetics requiring registration, and products subject to UAE conformity or safety standards — may be listed only with the required approvals and documentation.
3. Enforcement
We may remove listings, suspend sellers and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
