Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery options

Express (~30 minutes): available for eligible items dispatched from a Brumodi dark store near you.

Same-day: order before 6:00 PM UAE time for eligible items within the same-day delivery zone.

Next-day: order before 9:00 PM UAE time for eligible items within the next-day zone.

Standard (2–4 days): all other items, shipped from the seller's warehouse.

The delivery option shown on each product page is based on the item and your delivery location. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

2. Coverage and fees

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery fees, minimum order values and any free-delivery thresholds are displayed before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery attempts

Please provide an accurate address and phone number. If we cannot complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned and refunded (less any non-refundable delivery fee, where permitted by law). Perishable goods that cannot be delivered may be cancelled.

4. Delays

Delivery times are estimates. If an order is materially late, contact us and we will help; you may cancel an undelivered order for a refund.

5. Risk and inspection
